Use Of Our Website:
This website is intended to provide information about our flower bar services, rentals, events, and offerings. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the content for unlawful purposes.
Booking & Payments:
Event dates are not secured until a booking deposit has been received.

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your event date.

Remaining balances must be paid by the due date listed in your invoice or agreement.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
Specific booking terms, cancellation policies, and event details may also be outlined in a separate service agreement signed by the client.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Booking deposits are non-refundable. In certain emergency situations, we may offer a rescheduled date or business credit at our discretion and subject to availability.
Floral Products & Availability:
Because we work with fresh flowers and seasonal products:

Flower type and colors may vary based on seasonal availability and market conditions.

Natural variations in flowers are expected and part of the design experience.

Flower types and colors are subject to seasonal and market availability. Specific flower or color requests may be accommodated when available but cannot be guaranteed. If a requested bloom is unavailable, we may contact the client and/or substitute a bloom of equal or greater value and comparable quality.
Candy Bar Add-On Disclaimer:
If the Candy Bar Add-On is selected, client acknowledges that candy and food products may contain or come in contact with common allergens, including but not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, eggs, and other allergens. The Bouquet Bar & Co. does not manufacture food products and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Clients are responsible for supervising all guests, particularly children. The Bouquet Bar & Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions, food sensitivities, choking incidents, dietary restrictions, or injuries related to the consumption or misuse of edible products.
Allergies & Event Safety:
Our events may include fresh flowers, greenery, plants, pollen, and outdoor elements. Guests participate at their own discretion. Clients are responsible for notifying guests of any known allergies or sensitivities.
Children using the flower bar should be supervised by an adult at all times.
Rental Equipment:
Clients are responsible for reasonable care of all rented items, including carts, buckets, vases, signage, tools, displays, and related materials during the event period. Charges may apply for damaged, missing, or excessively dirty items.
Intellectual Property:
The Bouquet Bar & Co. name, logo, branding, original written content, and original designs created specifically for the company may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bouquet Bar & Co. shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, products, or event participation.
